General Product Shipping Info
All products are brand new,
unless explicitly described as refurbished or used. We make every effort to process and ship your order the
same day received; however, orders received after 12 PM MST are usually
not able to be processed until the following day. Due to
warehousing related issues, certain products must be transferred
internally from other warehouse locations and may result in a shipment
date several days after the initial placement of your order. All orders are shipped via UPS. The pricing below
applies only to shipments within the contiguous United States.
Please note that shipments
to certain locations may cost more (examples of such delivery
locations are military bases, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any of
the U.S. Virgin Islands). Shipping estimates below are generally for orders
under five pounds which do not exceed the dimensional size-weight
requirements for UPS standard pricing. Heavier orders and
shipments of unusual shape, size, and density may result in increased
cost.
Additional charges may not be calculated until the order is being
prepared. We will make efforts to notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your
order prior to shipment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in
the continental U.S. shipped via standard UPS ground. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii and Canada.

Order
and Payment
You may call in to place your order or
conveniently place your order over our website at our competitive web
pricing. Note that there are occasional "Web Only Specials" with
benefits such as free shipping, please see the order page for the
particular product you are interested in for details.
You can quickly and easily place your order
over the phone, our friendly customer service representative will be
glad to assist you. Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard or any of
the Novus Brand cards (Bravo, Discover, etc.).
Sales tax is charged on
instate orders if required by law.
Individual product descriptions
and pictures are claims and representations of the manufacturer and/or
distributor and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Photographs may not match
product exactly. Prices are subject to change
without notice. Mistakenly posted and outdated prices on the website do not obligate us
to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone
for any reason.
Risk of Loss
All products are shipped F.O.B. We bear
the risk of loss only until your order is delivered to the carrier. At
that point, the risk of loss falls on you, the customer. You have the
option to fully or partially insure the order. In the event the product
is lost or damaged in shipment, failure to insure the package will bar
any compensation. Insurance is available at a nominal cost and our
representatives can provide you with exact information.
Return Policy
Ten (10) day return policy
on most
products. A return authorization # must be requested prior to
returning items. Please send product back in original
package with all instruction, stickers, etc. A minimum 15% re-stocking fee is
applied on all returns.
Returns and exchanges must
be in new condition and must include all instructions and original
packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please
Include a copy of your invoice with all returns. Please note that
original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Nonconforming returns or otherwise incomplete returns may be
accepted at our discretion; however, a minimum 25% restocking fee
will apply. Examples of nonconforming returns include items
returned without original packaging, and/or missing or damaged
parts/components. We reserve the right to reject non-conforming
returns.
Restocking fees will be deducted from the original amount billed and the
remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or other
method of payment.
Returns must be sent via prepaid carrier. Insure
shipment for full value of purchase and use original packaging. We are not
responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
Please contact us prior to any return or exchange for correct return address
information to ensure proper credit and timely processing.
