TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP The confidential members only pricing accessed via this web site (the "Members Only Club") and related information obtained through this web site (the "Information") are the private property of Pro Motorcycle®. This information is available only to Club Members and is not for general public dissemination; specifically, the pricing for Club Members does not constitute an offer to the general public. You may become a Club Member by agreeing to receive periodic communications related to Pro Motorcycle® and any special promotions and announcements we may choose to periodically release through electronic or other means of communication. Furthermore, Club Membership requires payment of the annual membership fee of five dollars ($5.00), to be billed on your first order. The Membership term shall run from the invoice date of the first order and shall expire one year from the invoice date. The Membership fee is nonrefundable and shall be deemed earned upon first access to the Members Only Club pricing. The Membership fee will not be billed until the first order is placed. Pro Motorcycle® authorizes Club Members to use the Members Only Club solely to obtain pricing on products intended to be purchased by or for you and for no other purpose, specifically competitors and market research groups are not authorized to accept the Members Only Club.
